
Ekrem Bardha
Ekrem Bardha is a prominent Albanian-American businessman, philanthropist, and political activist, widely recognized for his lifelong dedication to advancing the Albanian cause and supporting the global Albanian community. He is the leader of the Albanian National Front, co-founder of the National Albanian American Council (NAAC), and former owner of the influential Illyria Newspaper, which served as a vital voice for Albanians in the diaspora.
Bardha is currently serving as Albania's Honorary Consul in Michigan, where he represents Albania’s interests and strengthens ties between Albanians abroad and their homeland. Over the decades, he has worked tirelessly to raise international awareness of human rights issues in Kosovo and Albania, meeting with seven U.S. presidents and numerous world leaders to advocate for freedom and independence.
